Inspired by our currently undefeated Canadian Olympic women’s curling team, hurry out after work for some sweeping good fun at the facility that hosted the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games curling competitions! Our own private group 1 hour lesson starts at 6:30pm followed by another hour of play, all equipment included. Wear CLEAN, indoor running shoes and comfortable, layered clothing including gloves/mitts and a hat because it is cool in the ice shed.

The Curling Club is across from the BlueParrot cafe at the North end of the Hillcrest Community Centre (near 33rd&Main beside NatBailey stadium). The walk from the parking lot takes about 10 minutes and if you get lost call 604-684-0122. We will meet in the lower lounge and go over curling safety then pick up brooms, grippers and sliders before going into the ice shed.
Afterwards, there is a bar upstairs where we can grab a few drinks and snacks, or grab a bite on Main Street for dinner.
