Our philosophy is that a strong business/team is made up of unique individuals and in order to further strengthen a business/team, we work with each individual and his/her habits to overcome their unique organizing challenges. Together, we identify which habits are likely to change and which are not and then create a system to catch the undesired ones to avoid things going back to the way they were.

In our experience it is not that an individual wants to be organizationally challenged but that they just do not know how to make the initial changes.
