Social media thrives on multi-way communications that no one controls, yet everyone influences. While online applications such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn provide great opportunities to acquire new business, they also provide ways to share negative or slanderous results. As businesspeople, you need to develop and implement online strategies to protect and manage your brand and reputation.
Mat Wilcox founded Wilcox Group in 1995 and has advised business leaders and managed communications and strategy in numerous crises situations. For the past two years, Mat has been named as one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 by the Women’s Executive Network.
