Life Balance, Health and Wellness Seminar
Join us for an inspiring and motivating seminar on Life Balance, Health and Wellness! We have a three speaker panel who are all set to share their expertise with us on February 5, 2007 at the YWCA on Hornby.
The event will begin at 6 pm and there will be lots of opportunities to network both before and after the seminar. There will also be some delicious snacks to munch on while we listen to the experts!
Our Panel: Julia James, Certified Life Coach, will be speaking about work/life balance: how to go about finding and keeping a healthy balance between all the important areas of our lives. Kristina Bangma, Certified Personal Trainer, will be speaking about finding a fitness program that works for you, and how to stick with it. She will also speak about nutrition and how important it is to our overall well being. Ann Izard, Doctor of Chiropractic, will speak about injury prevention tips when starting a new exercise or training program, stretching exercises for workplace and the importance of maintaining good posture. It is the middle of winter, it is dark, rainy and summer is a long way off. What better time to start putting our New Year’s Resolutions into action. What better time to get motivated and to do something for ourselves!
